How to use it +

Kneel on the pad, keep the hips in line with the shoulders and roll out only as far as you can control. Check every strap, handle and anchor before each session and stop using any item that shows wear. Wipe down after use and store dry, out of direct sunlight. Read the enclosed instruction card before first use.
